TAZY operates exclusively via guest checkout without requiring user account registration or passwords. We collect only the minimum necessary information to fulfill your digital purchase:

• Contact Information: Your email address (required) and optional phone number or name, strictly used to dispatch your digital goods receipt, access tokens, and customer support notifications.
• Transaction & Order Data: Order identification numbers, purchased wallpaper pack IDs, timestamp, transaction amount, and payment status returned by our payment gateway.
• Device & Technical Usage Data: Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser user-agent, and country code, used solely for localized currency formatting, fraud prevention, and rate-limiting secure download tokens.

3. Payment Information & Gateways

TAZY does NOT collect, handle, or store any sensitive payment card numbers, CVVs, bank account credentials, or payment passwords.

All payment transactions are processed securely through PCI-DSS certified payment platforms. We currently use Cashfree Payments for transactions within India, and Lemon Squeezy as our merchant of record for international payments. The payment gateways manage payment data in accordance with international data privacy laws and standards.

4. How We Use & Store Your Information

Your data is securely stored on Supabase databases and delivered via Cloudflare infrastructure. We use your information to:

• Generate time-limited signed download tokens for purchased artwork files.
• Dispatch your purchase receipt and backup download link via email.
• Respond to customer support inquiries and verification requests.
• Prevent fraud, automated abuse, or unauthorized bulk scraping.
• Comply with applicable tax and commercial record-keeping laws.

5. Third-Party Services

We share limited data with essential third-party service providers to operate our storefront:

• Cashfree & Lemon Squeezy: For secure payment processing.
• Resend: For transactional email delivery (receipts, download links).
• Cloudflare: For global CDN delivery, security, and edge computing.
• Supabase: For secure backend database storage.

6. Cookies & Local Storage

We use minimal browser local storage strictly to remember your cart items and preferred display currency (e.g. INR, USD, EUR) across page reloads. We only use essential technical cookies to ensure site functionality. We do not use third-party behavioral advertising trackers or sell personal data.

We retain your contact and order information only as long as necessary to fulfill your purchases, provide support, and comply with legal or tax obligations.
