1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or browsing TAZY (the “Site”) or purchasing any digital wallpaper packs offered on this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access the Site or purchase our products.
2. Nature of Digital Goods & Delivery
All products sold on TAZY are purely intangible, downloadable digital wallpaper files (including but not limited to 5K UHD PNG master files, mobile OLED wallpapers, and configuration files).
No physical product is manufactured, packaged, or shipped. Access to files is granted immediately following confirmed payment through a secure, time-limited download token (typically valid for 72 hours) on the order confirmation screen and delivered to your guest checkout email.
3. License Grant & Permitted Usage
When you purchase a wallpaper pack from TAZY, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual, revocable, personal license to download and set the artwork as screen backgrounds across your personal hardware devices (e.g. desktop computers, laptops, smartphones, tablets).
Restrictions:
- You may NOT resell, sub-license, redistribute, lease, or share wallpaper files publicly or via torrents/file-sharing hubs.
- You may NOT bundle the artwork in any physical or digital commercial merchandise, software themes, NFTs, or commercial templates without prior written consent.
- You may NOT claim authorship or copyright over the original artwork designs.
4. Payments, Pricing & Checkout
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to alter pricing, release promotional codes, or discontinue packs at any time.
Payments on TAZY are processed securely through certified payment gateways. We use Cashfree Payments for transactions within India, and Lemon Squeezy acts as our merchant of record for international transactions. The payment gateway handles secure order checkout, PCI-DSS compliance, and applicable tax calculation.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
All digital goods are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TAZY and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site or digital products. Our total liability in any matter arising out of or related to these terms is strictly limited to the purchase price paid for the specific digital product in dispute.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Please review our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy. All purchases are protected by our 7-day 100% Display Guarantee — if you don’t love how our 5K wallpapers look on your screen, simply email us within 7 days for a full refund.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All visual designs, typography, brand marks, and digital assets on TAZY remain the exclusive intellectual property of TAZY. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
8. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service and any purchase made hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved informally. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
