1. Evaluation Prior to Purchase (Free Sample Available)
To ensure complete transparency and customer confidence prior to purchasing any premium pack:
- Every wallpaper pack features comprehensive interactive device previews (MacBook Pro display frame and iPhone OLED frame) accurately displaying artwork resolution and aspect ratios before checkout.

2. Defective File or Technical Download Support
In addition to our 7-day 100% Display Guarantee, we stand by the technical integrity of our digital deliveries. If you experience any of the following issues preventing download:
- A corrupted or unopenable ZIP/PNG file
- An expired download token prior to file retrieval
- A failed email delivery of your receipt and backup link
Please email our support team at vaibhavb382@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your Order ID. We will promptly assist you with replacement files or process a full refund under our guarantee.
3. Accidental Duplicate Transactions
If you were accidentally charged more than once for the identical pack within a single checkout session due to network latency or gateway timeouts, please forward both payment receipts or transaction IDs to vaibhavb382@gmail.com.
Upon verification with transaction records, any genuine duplicate payment will be reversed and refunded back to the original payment source within 5–7 business days as per banking settlement norms.
4. Chargeback Policy
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a legitimate, delivered digital purchase is considered fraudulent behavior. Customers who file unwarranted chargebacks will be blocked from making future purchases on TAZY and may have their download access permanently revoked.
5. Consumer Rights Acknowledgment
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction that cannot be lawfully waived.
